Preview of documentary, “LOST & FOUND Legacy of USS Lagarto.” In 1945, the submarine USS Lagarto left a shipyard in Manitowoc, Wisconsin to serve in the Pacific. While out on war patrol, she vanished without a trace. 60 years later, the remains of Lagarto and her crew of 86 were discovered at the bottom of the Gulf of Thailand. Here are the stories of the men of Lagarto, and the families left behind who now have answers.. This is a low-definition clip.
