Moscow Attack ‘Breakdown in Intelligence’
Russia seems to have “ignored” security warnings about an upcoming attack, according to security and defence analyst Professor Michael Clarke.
He told Sky News the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow is a ‘”clear breakdown in intelligence” considering US officials shared information about a planned attack on the Russian capital going back to November.
